Our Story

We (Bill & Faith) met in Shell, Ecuador in September 1986, and were married there April 4, 1987. Faith was a Registered Nurse with World Radio Missionary Fellowship(HCJB), and had been working in their hospital for several years. Bill came to Shell as a volunteer with Mission Aviation Fellowship on a project that was to last 5-6 weeks. Seeing that there was a lot of work for him, Bill extended his stay. Soon we were dating, and on December 18, 1986 we were engaged.

Following the April wedding, we returned to the U.S. where Bill worked at Moody Aviation for 2 years. In March of 1989 we were accepted by Wycliffe Bible Translators to work in Radio Communications and Avionics. Our first assignment was to Colombia, South America. Our service in Colombia included 2 years in the Lomalinda center, and 4 years in Bogota.

Currently we call Waxhaw, NC home, where Bill works to support communications worldwide, and Faith is a full-time Mom.
